I created this website as a resource for past, current and future clients as well as for anyone interested in the Grand Rapids and West Michigan real estate market. From my website you can access and search our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and real estate board, called the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors (GRAR). You can find Kent County and local municipality property tax information on Access Kent.
The focus of my business is residential sales and services for buyers and sellers. Buyers, first time buyers, sellers, FSBO’s, and real estate investors looking for income property or “fixer-uppers” will all find relevant content and information within my website. While I grew up and currently have children in Forest Hills Public Schools, I am a Realtor who also specialize in the following geographic areas/neighborhoods: Cascade Township, Ada Township, Grand Rapids Township, City of Grand Rapids, City of Kentwood, Northview Public Schools, Caledonia Public Schools, and Lowell Public Schools.
I know the value of good communication skills and strive to ensure that each of my clients receive all pertinent information and advice in a timely manner.
